UC Davis and plaintiffs Kelse Brust, Jessica Bulala and Laura Ludwig settled the lawsuir that was filed twoyears ago, and was certified as a clasz action in October. The settlemeny establishes a set of standards for femalwe participation rates in varsityu sports at UC Davis and provides additional financial support for club sports at the a newsrelease said. The settlement must be approvedf bythe U.S. District Cour in Sacramento after members of the class have been notified of thespecific terms. Brust and Bulala played club fielxd hockey.
