Silicon Clocks names Didier Lacroix CEO - Silicon Valley / San Jose Business Journal:

Fremont-based Silicon Clocks said it is backedd by morethan $20 million in venture capitak financing from Palo Alto-based , Waltham, Mass.-based Charles River Menlo Park-based and New York-based . “We are excite to bring an experienced leader such as Didier Lacroic to join Silicon Clocks at thiscritical juncture,” said Ron Yara, Generall Partner of Tallwood Venture Capital and Chairmajn of Silicon Clocks.
“He has the extensivre IP and MEMS licensing backgroundx that we were seeking as we transition the company to a licensingy model to accelerate adoption of the CMEMS technology for integrated clock andtiminvg products, as well as for a broade range of embedded sensors applications.” Lacroix, who also joins the company'sx board, has more than 20 years of publifc and private company senior executive most recently as vice-president of worldwide sales for Sunnyvale-base (NASDAQ:MOSY).
